Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made from TopTierTCG (“TopTierTCG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

For purposes of this Policy, a “Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or official public holiday in South Africa.


1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently deliver within South Africa via The Courier Guy, including:

  • Door Delivery – Delivery to the physical address provided at checkout. A recipient must be available to accept delivery using the secure PIN system where applicable.
  • PUDO Locker Delivery – Collection from a selected PUDO locker within the collection period specified by the courier (typically 36–72 hours depending on locker size and location).

Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

All goods are securely packaged in protective wrapping and suitable outer packaging.

Delivery is performed by an independent third-party courier service provider. While we take reasonable steps to ensure proper dispatch, we do not control the courier’s operations.


2. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 2–5 Business Days after confirmed payment.

Processing times may increase during product launches, promotions, or peak demand periods.

Estimated courier transit time is typically 2–4 Business Days, depending on destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, severe weather, system failures, civil unrest, load-shedding disruptions, or courier operational delays.


3. Delivery Information and Customer Warranty

You warrant that the delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid physical delivery address;
  • Providing a valid mobile number for PIN and delivery notifications;
  • Ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery where door delivery is selected;
  • Collecting PUDO locker parcels within the allowed collection period.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot amend the delivery address. Any redirection requested directly with the courier is at your own risk.


4. Risk and Completion of Delivery

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until delivery has been completed.

Delivery is deemed complete when:

  • The parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout and accepted by a person at that address; or
  • For PIN-secured deliveries, the correct PIN code has been entered; or
  • For PUDO locker deliveries, the parcel has been collected using the correct PIN.

Entry of the correct PIN constitutes confirmation of delivery and acceptance of the parcel.

Risk passes to you upon completion of delivery as defined above.

We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.


5. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details;
  • Recipient unavailability;
  • Failure to collect from a PUDO locker within the permitted timeframe;

the parcel may be returned to us by the courier.

Where a parcel is returned due to circumstances attributable to you, you will be liable for the actual costs incurred for return shipping and any re-dispatch fees.

If you elect to cancel the order after a failed delivery, any refund may be reduced by the direct delivery and return costs incurred, as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Goods

You must inspect the goods promptly upon delivery.

If the outer packaging shows visible damage or signs of tampering at the time of delivery, you should take clear photographs before opening the parcel, where possible.

If goods are damaged, missing, or incorrect, you should notify us within 48 hours of delivery to enable prompt investigation.

Photographic evidence may be required to assess and process your claim.

This reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

For higher-value orders, we recommend recording an unboxing video showing the sealed outer packaging and contents upon opening. This assists in resolving delivery disputes.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be subject to separate terms and conditions.


8. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be provided;
  • You may track your parcel using the courier’s website;
  • A secure PIN may be required to complete delivery or collection.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
